About the Live Filter
Extracted only the explanatory/help copy from the legacy Live Filter page shell; the actual filter controls, results feed, and data sync are application-layer behavior built against the public-safe views, not knowledge content.
The Live Filter helps you search recent, moderator-approved Toronto Home Zone listings by post type (offering or seeking), rental term, move-in window, area, and other housing details.
What's included: listings that have passed our full review process -- posting format, rent cap, and Human Rights Code compliance -- and been published in a public-safe format that omits raw post text, full names, and other personal information.
What's excluded: listings that haven't yet been reviewed, listings that were declined, and any information the poster didn't consent to share publicly.
Why some links may not work: each listing links back to an original Facebook post. If the original poster deletes their post or marks the listing as no longer available, that link may stop working -- we can't always detect this immediately.
